Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you have adequate time for your appointment. This allows us to see all our patients in a timely matter. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. To avoid a late cancellation/late reschedule/no show fee, we require 48-hours (or two business days) notice for appointment cancellations/rescheduling. For the first late cancellation/ late reschedule/no show for office visits there will be a $50.00 fee. For subsequent late rescheduling/cancellations for office visits the charge will be $75 per occurrence.
